Experience

Practice areas include business and corporate law, financial institutions, securities law, and health care law.

Mr. Morrow's practice focuses on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, financing and ongoing representation of corporations and limited liability companies. He has particular expertise in the representation of owners and operators of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and senior housing and in the representation of financial institutions. Mr. Morrow was actively involved in the drafting and revision of the Oregon Business Corporation Act and the Oregon Bank Act and is frequently consulted by other lawyers on Oregon corporate and banking law issues. He regularly testifies before committees of the Oregon Legislature on business law legislation.
