Active in ongoing securities compliance for public held companies including assistance with stock market listing applications, securities disclosure obligations and periodic reporting and EDGAR filing requirements.

Financial institutions representation focuses on regulatory matters, capital raising, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, holding company formations, securities law compliance and executive compensation.

Representation of private business clients emphasizes corporate organization, corporate governance and capital formation.
