We represent auto dealers with more than 100 franchised dealerships throughout the western U.S. We also represent equipment dealers, RV dealers and manufacturers, and similar businesses involving dealer/manufacturer business relationships and dealership franchises.

Our services include representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of dealerships and dealership properties, dealer/manufacturer relations, employment law compliance, commercial and employment litigation, and environmental law compliance. We also assist with financing, including wholesale flooring arrangements and other revolving credit facilities, real estate financing and other term debt borrowing.
