Roberts Kaplan is one of the few firms in the Pacific Northwest with an active practice in the formation of private equity funds, with particular expertise in private real estate equity funds. We represent sponsors of private equity funds in connection with all aspects of their business, including structuring and organizing fund sponsors and their investment funds, executing acquisition, financing and exit transactions, and providing transactional and general corporate advice.
Our clients include real estate sponsors who raise funds through joint ventures with private equity funds and fund sponsors who raise capital through private placements. We also assist real estate developers in syndicating interests in development projects. Our team strives to increase investment speed, evaluate risk and maximize value.
